We’re talking over 40,000 sq ft of amenity space, with 10,000 of it dedicated to an outdoor rooftop lounge with swoon-worthy views of the NYC skyline. The pool is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Yes, parking is available.

They are located in each unit.

Yes, our community is pet friendly.

There is a $500 deposit at move-in and a $50 monthly pet rent.

There are no weight restrictions, but there are breed restrictions. Restricted breeds include Pit Bulls, Tosa Inus, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Presa Canarios, Fila Brasileiros, Argentine Dogos, Akitas, Chow Chows, Shar Peis, Dalmatians, and Doberman Pinschers.

Yes, we offer a private dog park.

No, we do not offer furnished apartments.

Yes, we offer leases ranging from 3 months up to 15 months.

We have an Amazon package room to hold any deliveries.

Please review the policies for communal hours and fees with the on-site leasing team as they vary from room to room. 

We have Amazon package lockers on-site near the lobby. 

Treadmills, ellipticals, stationary bikes, reflect mirror, free weights, and Functional Trainer.

There is no cost associated with taking a tour.

The management office is on site, and they are available during office hours posted on the website contact page.

It takes 7 to 10 business days for an application to be approved.

Online payment is required.

You can pay your rent through your resident portal.

Yes, we offer referral incentives if you move in by a friend's recommendation. Call the leasing office for more details.

Guest parking is available, and we do allow guests.  Please inquire with the management team regarding guest policies. 

Location

We are near many different restaurants and shops, the Hoboken PATH Train, Hoboken and Harborside Ferry, Newport Green Park, Target, ShopRite, and more.

We are in the Jersey City Public School District.

Residents shop at Target, ACME, and local small businesses.

Maintenance

Maintenance issues are prioritized based on urgency and service requests can be submitted through the resident portal. 

Please review the policies for communal hours and fees with the on-site leasing team as they vary from room to room.

Visit the front desk concierge, complete a lockout form and the team will provide you with a temp key to access your unit. 

Yes - any holes / damages larger than a quarter must be repaired prior to move out
